Distance of travel to and from inspection,There is No extra travel charge if in our service area. Is the inspection property a House, Mobile Home, Condo or Multi family units such as Apartments, duplex property or commercial or other? Is the Dwelling on a raised foundation or Slab on Grade? Is there a garage any out buildings that need inspection such as work shops, barns or other? Does the property have a swimming pool and or a Spa? Do you have any of our Discount coupons?
